I have to agree. However, I have gotten hooked on "October Road' on ABC...and it's finale was last week...it was on for 4-6 weeks only...But I really liked it. Another new show I'm liking is "Notes from the Underbelly." I cannot stop laughing when I'm watching it.

Just saw the pilot episode for Reaper (the episode was directed by Kevin Smith of Clerks fame). It was pretty enjoyable. By the way, has anyone watched Friday Night Lights? (the tv show, not the good movie, but its made by the same people) I just got into it because I heard it was really good and the entire season 1 DVD only costs $19.99 (with 22 episodes, thats an excellent deal when most shows of that length charge around $40 to $60). Wikipedia Page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friday_Night_Lights_%28TV_series%29Check it out, I highly recommend it.

Besides my addiction to Dr. Who, I'm looking forward to continuations of Sherlock, Upstairs, Downstairs and Downton Abbey. Before anybody says anything, I know that the last two are too girly for most people in this game.

Haven't watched, thus I can't pass judgment. I can watch just about anything.
Doctor Who, however, I am a fan of. Though a friend of mine is even more so than I.
Watching Justified right now, great show. Timothy Olyphant once again playing the lawman, but he's so good at the role, I do not mind.

The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Also, I agree with Zarog. It was very well written, and the cast is excellent. The third season was as good as the first, which is rare in dramas.

RR, if you like Moffat's writing for Dr. Who, "Don't Blink" lol, you should love Sherlock. He and Mark Gatiss have done a tremendous job in updating Doyle's cannon to the 21st century. Their "Study in Pink" was a fantastic updating of Doyle's "Study in Scarlet".

I've been following The Newsroom and Dexter. Dexter concludes this season, which is probably a good thing because the writers are trying to write a character far more intelligent than them, and consequently stupidity has ensued over the last 4 seasons. I'm trying to remember why I still watch the show, and then they occasionally have a very well done episode and I remember, "Oh yeah, this is what I liked about the first 2 seasons!"
