God, letminlt, that sucks. I've had more extensive surgery than foot but the whole destroying of the feet thing sounds awful.

Hope that the surgury finally fixes the problem Letminlt. Think of it this way, you'll have all this extra time to be on NS.

Oh I know! I've been getting disappointed when I check it about 30 times an hour and there is no one on here or NS posting anything...Haha...however, I have been doing some other work of my own...reading & crossword puzzles...but I always come back to my computer. :-)

@lt Yeah, I've done the same thing before. I'll log-off, and check back in 5-10 minutes to see if anyone is on ;D.

That's what IM's are for. There's always some one on to chat with. Except me. I find it to distracting when you're trying to do schoolwork. EDIT: You guys posted 3 before I could post once.

Well, thanks to lovely Firefox, I never type in my password. It remembers it, so its already pre-typed in at the log-in at the bottm along with my account name.

Yeah...I'm always on AIM...but there is never anyone on for me to talk to...or people will be on, but I have nothing to talk to them about...plus, I'm not really one for just im-ing someone. If I have something to talk to them about, I will...but I only have 1 or 2 people I can just talk to when I'm bored...but they are never on AIM anyways...so I call or text them...

Speaking of which...I think that I'm going to clean out my buddy list and delete people I haven't talked to in a while...

I used to IM, but I found it intruding while I'm online...
When it comes to communicating online, I prefer message boards because you can think out your responses and you can go back and fix your spelling or whatever (I do this often... I'm weird like that :?)

That is true, however, I am so anal retentive and obsessive compulsive about my spelling and grammar that I double check what I'm typing before I send it when I'm on AIM.

Expect the worst from me. If it wasn't for spell checkery, I'd die.

I'm really big about that as well, but sometimes I'll post something without reading it only to correct some errors I made the day after the post... even after everyone's read the post ;D.
Normally I catch the mistakes right after I make the post though..... its just something I notice...
@cat Thats why I love the built in spell check that came with the new Firefox 2.0 ...

Ah...
I haven't used IE outside of the libraries' computers in quite some time. I have toyed with Opera... which isn't too bad. I kinda like it, but I'm too lazy to switch and get used to another browser.
